Welcome to Furobox, an AI-powered productivity platform operated by Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"), a company incorporated under the laws of India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd regarding your access to and use of the Furobox website (https://www.furobox.com) and all associated services, features, and functionalities (collectively, the "Service").
These Terms constitute an 'electronic record' as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder (as amended from time to time), and are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
These Terms are also governed by and to be read in conjunction with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ('DPDP Act') and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 ('DPDP Rules'), where applicable. By using the Service, you acknowledge your rights and our obligations under the DPDP Act as a Data Fiduciary.
IMPORTANT: By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
1. Acceptance and Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service.
- If you are between 13–18 years of age (or below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have explicit parental or guardian consent and may only use the Service under their strict guidance and supervision. We may require verifiable parental consent in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable local laws.
- Users under 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
- EEA/UK users must meet the applicable local digital consent age (typically 16, or as local law provides).
- If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the applicable minimum age, we will delete such data promptly.
1.2 Legal Capacity
- You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contracts under applicable law. If you are not competent to contract under applicable laws, rules, and regulations, you must not access or use the Service.
- You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Corporate users must have proper authorisation to bind their organisation, including all necessary corporate actions as may be prescribed under their charter documents or applicable law.
1.3 Geographic Restrictions
The Service is available globally, but certain features may be restricted in specific jurisdictions due to local laws, regulations, or sanctions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
2. Service Description and Features
Furobox provides a comprehensive suite of AI-powered productivity tools designed to enhance business and personal efficiency:
2.1 Currently Available Services
- AI Assistant: A multi-model AI chat platform supporting conversations, document analysis, image understanding, file attachments, and project-based chat organisation. Powered by multiple third-party AI model providers across Core, Elite, and Elite+ tiers.
- Smart Email Writer: AI-powered email generation and communication drafting tool.
- Meeting Agent: Live audio transcription and Import & Transcribe (upload audio files for transcription). Available with per-plan usage limits.
2.2 AI-Powered Nature of the Service
In compliance with the MeitY AI Advisory (March 2024), we inform you that Furobox relies on third-party large language models and generative AI systems that may produce outputs which are unreliable, incomplete, or inaccurate. All AI-generated outputs are labelled as AI-generated and must not be treated as authoritative, professional, or final without independent human review. We continuously test and monitor our AI integrations and will update this disclosure if any model is found to be materially unreliable.
2.3 Service Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
- New features may be added or existing features removed with reasonable notice.
- Critical service changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Each user is permitted only one account unless explicitly authorised otherwise.
- You are responsible for updating your account information whenever it changes.
- You are also responsible for ensuring that any persons who access the Service through your account are aware of these Terms and comply with them.
3.2 Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at support@sytrusai.com of any unauthorised access or security breach.
- You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.
- We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication when available.
- Your ability to access your account depends on external factors such as internet service providers and network connectivity. We shall not be liable for damages arising from your inability to log in due to such external factors.
3.3 Account Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent activity, abuse, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- Users are notified via registered email of any account suspension or termination, unless prohibited by law or legal process.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay, our authorised payment gateway partner.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI, and digital wallets — as supported by Razorpay.
- All prices are displayed in INR (for Indian users) or USD (for international users) based on your detected location.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- We do not capture or store your complete payment card or net banking details. Payment processing is handled solely by Razorpay in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Only the last 4 digits of your card, card network, card type, and transaction metadata are stored by us for billing reference and receipt generation.
4.2 Renewal and Cancellation
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew by default. At the end of your billing period, your plan will expire and your account will move to the Go Plan unless you manually renew or enable auto-renewal through your account settings under Subscription.
- You may enable auto-renewal at any time through your account settings. Once enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the start of each new billing cycle until you disable it.
- You can cancel or disable auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@sytrusai.com.
- Cancellation and expiry take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid plan features until that date.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of billing periods unless required by applicable law.
4.3 Price Changes
- We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice.
- Price changes apply to subsequent billing cycles only.
- Current subscribers will receive email notification of price changes.
4.4 Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India)
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Indian consumers have the right to lodge complaints through the National Consumer Helpline or the e-Daakhil portal. Our internal grievance escalation path is described in Section 20 of these Terms.
4.5 EU/UK Consumers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where permitted by law, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once access to the Service begins.
5. User Content and AI Usage
5.1 Content Ownership and IP Assignment
- You retain ownership of all original content you submit to the Service.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content through our AI systems solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we assign to you all intellectual property rights in and associated with the outputs generated by the Service from your inputs.
- Due to the nature of AI systems, other users providing similar inputs may receive identical or similar outputs. We are not liable for any coincidental similarity between outputs generated for different users.
5.2 Content Licence to Us
By submitting content, you grant Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Process your content through AI models and third-party APIs to deliver the Service.
- Store and cache your content for service delivery and operational purposes.
- Analyse usage patterns for service improvement in anonymised or aggregated form.
5.3 Use of Content for AI Model Training
We may use your inputs and the AI-generated outputs therefrom to train, improve, and further develop our AI models and the Service. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to such use. If you wish to withdraw this consent, you may do so at any time by:
- Updating your privacy preferences in your account settings, or
- Contacting us at privacy@sytrusai.com with the subject line 'Training Data Opt-Out'.
Please note that withdrawing consent for training use may restrict or limit your access to certain features of the Service. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
5.4 Automated Decision-Making
Certain aspects of the Service involve automated processing and decision-making, including but not limited to: usage limit enforcement, account suspension triggers, AI model routing, and subscription management. Where such automated decisions significantly affect you, you have the right to request human review by contacting support@sytrusai.com. We will respond to such requests within 15 business days.
5.5 Content Restrictions
You agree not to submit content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringes intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Contains harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory material.
- Promotes illegal activities, violence, or self-harm.
- Contains personal information of third parties without their consent.
- Is designed to spam, phish, or defraud others.
- Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form with the intent to mislead or harass any person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause injury to any person.
- Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with laws in force.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence.
- Is intended to create or distribute deepfakes, synthetic media impersonating real individuals, or non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind.
- Is designed to manipulate, deceive, or psychologically exploit users, including through dark patterns, social engineering, or subliminal messaging.
- Involves the collection, harvesting, or storage of personal data of other users without their explicit consent.
5.6 AI Content Disclaimer (MeitY Advisory Compliance)
- All content generated by the Service is AI-generated and is labelled as such in compliance with the MeitY AI Advisory (March 2024).
- AI-generated content may not be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your specific needs.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before use.
- We do not guarantee the originality, accuracy, or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
- AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for any decision of legal, medical, financial, or other professional significance.
5A. No Professional Advice; High-Risk Use Prohibition
- The Service and all AI outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
- You must not use the Service in high-risk environments, including but not limited to: medical diagnosis or treatment, life-support systems, autonomous vehicles, aviation, nuclear operations, emergency response services, or any application where failure could result in death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage.
- In compliance with the EU AI Act (enforced August 2025), Furobox does not use AI for prohibited purposes including real-time biometric surveillance, social scoring, manipulation of individuals through subliminal techniques, or exploitation of vulnerabilities of specific groups.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
6.1 Permitted Uses
- Personal productivity and business communication enhancement.
- Educational and research purposes (non-commercial).
- Commercial use within your subscription plan limits.
- Integration with your existing business workflows.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code of the Service.
- Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, payment systems, or access controls.
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised users.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service.
- Generate content for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Overload or degrade our systems with excessive or abusive requests.
- Use the Service to create misleading, deceptive, or manipulative content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, systems, or networks.
- Harvest, collect, or store personal data of other users without their consent.
- Forge headers or manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any input or communication.
- Impersonate any person, organisation, or entity, or create false identities.
- Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, ransomware, or any software intended to damage or interfere with the Service.
- Remove any copyright notices, watermarks, proprietary legends, or other identifying marks from the Service.
- Create, distribute, or facilitate deepfakes or synthetic media that impersonates real individuals without their explicit consent.
- Use the Service in any manner that could bring Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd into disrepute or harm other users.
6.3 Usage Limits
- Each subscription plan has specific usage limits for different tools.
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in temporary or permanent service restrictions.
- Commercial bulk processing requires enterprise licensing. Contact sales@sytrusai.com for enterprise arrangements.
6.4 Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, civil or criminal legal action, and/or forfeiture of any subscription fees paid. We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of applicable law.
6A. Model Providers and AI Processing
- You acknowledge and agree that your prompts, inputs, and related content may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI model providers including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, xAI (Grok), Mistral, and Perplexity, in order to deliver the Service.
- Each third-party provider has its own terms of service and data processing policies, which may affect how your data is handled. We recommend reviewing the relevant provider's policies for your awareness.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific use case. You are responsible for independently evaluating their suitability and legality before use.
- Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our or our providers' models, weights, training data, or proprietary methodologies.
- We are not responsible for changes to third-party AI provider capabilities, availability, pricing, or policies that may affect the Service.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
- All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary algorithms belong exclusively to Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd.
- The Furobox name, logo, and trademarks are our exclusive property and may not be used without our prior written consent.
- Our AI models, training data, methodologies, process flows, class libraries, technical know-how, and documentation are confidential and proprietary.
7.2 Licence Grant to You
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, create derivative works of, display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
7.3 Third-Party Content
- The Service may include content or components licensed from third parties.
- You must respect all applicable third-party intellectual property rights.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of third-party content.
7.4 Open Source Software
The Service incorporates certain open-source software components. We have the rights to permit your use of such components as envisaged under these Terms. To request information about applicable open-source licences, contact legal@sytrusai.com. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the licence terms of any open-source component, the open-source licence terms shall prevail with respect to that component.
7.5 AI-Generated Content and Copyright
The copyright status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction and is subject to evolving legal interpretation. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may not be protectable as original copyrighted works in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
7A. Feedback
If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, and exploit such feedback for any purpose, without any compensation or obligation to you.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to data processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.1 Key Privacy Commitments
- We process your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your content may be processed through third-party AI services as described in Section 6A.
- We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your data.
- We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide the Service (data minimisation principle).
- We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.
8.2 Your Data Rights (DPDP Act 2023 / GDPR)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access your personal data and receive a copy of it.
- Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten') of your personal data.

8.4 Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and relevant regulatory authorities (including the Data Protection Board of India where applicable) within the timeframes required by applicable law — including within 72 hours under the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR where required. Notifications will be sent to your registered email address and/or posted on our website.
8.5 Cookies and Tracking

8A. Data Security
- We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
- While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk and are encouraged to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.
- You must promptly notify us at security@sytrusai.com if you become aware of any actual or suspected security vulnerability or breach relating to the Service.
- We maintain logs and audit records as required by applicable law and good security practice.
9. Third-Party Services and Integrations
9.1 AI Service Providers
- We use the following AI model providers for inference and content generation: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini), DeepSeek, xAI (Grok), Mistral, and Perplexity. Each provider is subject to their own terms of service and data policies.
- Your inputs may be processed by these third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, changes in availability, or alterations to their policies.
- The specific model used for any given request is determined automatically by our routing system based on your subscription tier, request type, and model availability.
9.2 Payment Processor
- Razorpay is our sole payment processor for all transactions. Payment processing is subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
- We do not store your complete payment card information. Card metadata (last 4 digits, network, type) is stored for billing reference and receipt generation only.
- All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards by Razorpay.
9.3 Other Third-Party Integrations
- The Service may integrate with or link to third-party tools and websites, including communication platforms, cloud storage providers, and analytics services.
- We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services.
- We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) for website analytics and user behaviour tracking. By using the Service, you acknowledge that these tools may collect usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Third-party sites and services have their own terms of service and privacy policies which you should review independently.
10. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Key points include:
- 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.
- Refunds available only if less than 20% of plan limits have been used.
- No refunds for renewals or after the guarantee period.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refund requests must be submitted to billing@sytrusai.com with your order details.
- Refunds, where approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
11. Service Availability and Support
11.1 Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
- Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible ('Planned Downtime').
- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. No service-level credits apply unless expressly agreed in a separate enterprise agreement.
11.2 Customer Support
- Support is available via email at support@sytrusai.com during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST).
- Priority support is provided to paid subscribers.
- We endeavour to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours but cannot guarantee response times.
11A. Beta and Experimental Features
- We may offer beta, preview, or experimental features from time to time. Such features are provided 'as is', may change or be discontinued at any time, and may be subject to additional terms or usage limits.
- You agree to keep non-public beta information confidential and understand that support and availability obligations do not apply to beta features.
- Feedback on beta features is governed by Section 7A.
12. Copyright and DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and other applicable copyright laws.
12.1 Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to legal@sytrusai.com including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Service.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
12.2 Counter-Notifications
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@sytrusai.com following applicable legal procedures.
12.3 Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
13. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
13.1 Service Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
- Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
- Freedom from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
13.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SYTRUS AI PVT LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.
- Interruption of business or loss of business information.
- Third-party actions, content, or service failures.
- Reliance on AI-generated outputs that prove inaccurate or unsuitable.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR ₹20,000 or USD $250 (whichever is applicable based on your billing currency).
13.3 Mandatory Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) any breach of obligations under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India); or (iv) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sytrus AI Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
- Your content or any intellectual property infringement claims arising from your content.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
- Any negligent or wrongful conduct by you in connection with the Service.
15. Termination and Account Closure
15.1 Termination by Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, illegal conduct, or actions that harm other users or the Service.
- Where lawful and practicable, we will notify you of suspension or termination via your registered email address.
- We reserve the right to discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable advance notice.
15.2 Termination by You
- You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Active subscriptions continue until the end of the current billing period.
15.3 Effect of Termination — Data Deletion
- Your right to access and use the Service ceases immediately upon termination.
- Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data and user-generated content as required by the DPDP Act 2023 and other applicable laws. Certain data may be retained for a defined period only where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for the resolution of disputes, after which it will be securely deleted.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall survive termination.
16. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Indian Contract Act, 1872, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.2 Jurisdiction
Subject to the dispute resolution process below, any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
16.3 Dispute Resolution Process
- Informal Resolution: Contact us at support@sytrusai.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
- Grievance Escalation: If unresolved, escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Section 20). Response within 15 days as required by law.
- Mediation: If informal resolution and grievance escalation fail, disputes may be referred to mediation.
- Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may proceed to binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in English.
- Court Proceedings: Final recourse through appropriate Indian courts as specified above.
16A. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver (Non-India Users)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for users not subject to Section 16 jurisdiction, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Mandatory local consumer law rights remain unaffected where required by law.

18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, nor shall it prevent us from enforcing it in the future.

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction or notice to you.
18.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, cyberattacks, power failures, or failures of third-party infrastructure.
18.6 Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions administered by India, the United States, the European Union, or the United Nations. You will not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Service in violation of any applicable export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargoes.
18.7 Electronic Communications and Notices
You consent to receive all notices, agreements, disclosures, and communications from us electronically, including by email or through in-app notifications. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Notices to us must be sent to the addresses specified in Section 19.
18.8 Compliance with Laws
Our performance under these Terms is subject to existing applicable laws and legal process. Nothing in these Terms derogates from our obligation to comply with governmental, judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Service.
