The Flex plan lets you build your own subscription:

• Select your monthly token volume
• Choose exactly which AI models you want
• Allocate token percentages across models
• Add optional extras like Meeting Agent, PDF Editor, or Import & Transcribe

Your monthly price is calculated based on selected tokens, model rates, and usage-based extras.

Note: Model allocation must total 100% before checkout.

Tokens represent the amount of AI processing you can use each month.

• Different AI models consume tokens at different rates
• Tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle
• Unused tokens do not roll over

Flex plans allow you to distribute tokens across models based on your preference for cost or quality.

All payments on Furobox are securely processed via Razorpay.

• Indian users can pay using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets
• International users can pay using credit or debit cards
• Payments are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant

Razorpay handles all sensitive payment information — Furobox does not store card details.

• Monthly plans renew every month on the same date
• Yearly plans renew once per year
• Renewals happen automatically unless cancelled

You can view your start date, renewal date, and billing cycle in the billing summary before payment.

• You can upgrade plans anytime — changes apply immediately
• Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle
• You can cancel auto-renew at any time from settings

After cancellation, your plan remains active until the current billing period ends.

• Refunds are available within 7 days for first-time paid subscriptions
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
