What are tokens?

Tokens are units of text processed by AI models. Roughly 1,000 tokens equals about 750 words. Some premium models have a token multiplier, meaning they consume quota tokens faster than their actual usage.

What tools are currently available?

Currently live: AI Assistant, Smart Email Writer, and Meeting Agent (Live Transcription + Import & Transcribe). Additional tools — Smart Business Hub, Career Tools, and more — are in development.

What is Auto Mode?

Auto Mode automatically selects the best available model for each request based on task complexity, speed, cost, and your remaining tier quotas. You can also manually pick a specific model.

What's the difference between PDF Editor and file attachments?

File attachments (in AI Assistant chat) let you share files like PDFs or documents for AI to read and discuss. The PDF Editor is a separate tool that lets you directly edit, format, and process PDF files. Each has its own usage limit per plan.

Do all plans get access to the same models?

All plans give you access to a wide range of models — but higher plans are structured to give you more capacity for advanced models. Go is optimised for everyday fast tasks. Value adds more headroom for complex work. Pro gives you the maximum advanced model capacity plus exclusive Pro-only models. Flex lets you set your own ratios entirely.

When a tier's sub-quota is exhausted, models in that tier are locked for the rest of the cycle. If your total quota runs out, AI usage pauses until your next billing cycle resets.

Do unused tokens roll over?

No — tokens reset at the start of each billing cycle. Choose a plan that matches your regular usage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep your current plan until then.

What payment methods are accepted?
